Hi All!

Is there a way (registry hack, GPO, etc) to limit the attachment size in an Outlook 2003 Client's calendar or mailbox?  We are currently in a Exchange 2K3/Outlook 2K3 cached mode environment and even though we limit an entire mailbox size and mail message size, we see user's calendars are taking up most of the mailbox size due to old attachments left in invitations.  Any way to limit an attachment size with our specific Exchange/Outlook configuration?

Thanks for the help!

there is a setting on exchange that will allow you to limit their attachment..i forgot where it is as it is about 2 years since i administrate an exchange.. but it is not on the registry, but on exchange itself

You can limit message size, not specifically the attachment size, but the effects will be the same. In the Exchange System Manager expand the global setting. Right-click the message deleivery icon and choose properties. Go to the defaults tab. Set message size on outgooing, incoming and recipient to whatever limits you wish.
