How do I limit access to a Group in the Address Book?
I have a group in our Domino directory that has ALL of our employees in it. This group is used for sending corporate communications to all of our employees. I have limited the viewing/selecting of this group to a very few people. However Lotus Notes type-ahead will still allow anyone to send to this group (if they know the name of the group and type in the name in the To: field). Does anyone know how to set this up so that only the specified people can actually send to this group. I am hoping there is a way to accomplish this so that unauthorized senders would get a bounce-back or error message. Thanks in advance for any replies I may receive.

Answer Wiki:
That depends on the version. From 6 onwards follow the instructions in the admin's guide. For earlier versions and for extra flexibility including the ability to delay messages or submit for approval before sending see Groupmailer on www.mailrat.net Not free but cheap.
