From Menu choose Create > Design > Agent, when Agent window opens. Set the agent to be run After new mail has arrived. You need to choose simple action Send Mail Message. Check-in the Include a copy of the document in the message check box. Write an address you want the mail send to. As subject you can write any text or, better, click the More button and write subject as Formula. The formula can be as follow:
“Mail from: ” + From + “: ” + Subject
