How do I hold email in Outlook2007 outbox indefinitely.
I use outlook2007 and get a typist to reply to my email. I need to check her typing before I send the email. How do I hold the mail until I can check it.(It can be up to 24hours)

Have her click the save button instead of the send button.
You can also go into the options and disable automatic mail sending.
Tools > Options > Mail Setup Tab > Uncheck "Send Immediately when connected"
Then
Send/Reveice Button > {Select a Group} > Edit Button > Uncheck "Send mail items" for each account listed.

I want to hold on the emails those are completed. Ideally now we are holding them in Inbox linked folder . I want to hold on these mails as well as the purge mail at the back end wherein if I search these mails with a unique reference number they will pop-out.
