I have little direct experience with Corel Draw BUT…..
With previous (i.e.: older) versions of some of Corel’s image manipulation products, there was an uninstaller contained in the program group which did NOT get called from the Windows Add/Remove Programs control panel.
Try installing the program again (if you have the CD(s)) and uninstalling from the Corel uninstaller.
If this is not possible, look in your registry for entries for Corel (in HKLM\Software) and delete. Of course, EXPORT YOUR REGISTRY prior to modification just in case…….
