A remote user of mine has some how lost the main menu bar in Outlook 2003(file, edit, tools etc) on a WinXP SP2 Dell box. I have taken the user through the "customise toolbars" and not only is the main toolbar ticked (visible), but it cannot be unticked. We have also tried the reset button in the customise toolbars menu to no avail. The user states that there are no black double chevrons to indicate the bar is squashed off the screen or into another tool bar.
The user needs to get to the tools option to change an e-mail account setting and I cannot figure out how to do this without the toolbar (I also cannot figure out how to get the toolbar back). It doesnt help that the user is office 2003 and I have office 2000... Help!
