I clicked on an attached FTP link on my email. The FTP site propped me for a username and password. After entering it in, my computer asked me if I would like this username and password to be saved. I answered yes. However, I am not not able to access other usernames on the same FTP site because my computer saved the the first username I saved. How do I delete this original username? Help please.  I have Lotus Notes 6.5.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I think the actual link was saved within your browser not within Lotus Notes and more on let’s say IE:

Internet Explorer 8
To remove a stored password or other stored information in Internet Explorer 8:

From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.

On the General tab, under “Browsing history”, click Delete… .

Check the item(s) you want to delete:

Temporary Internet files (copies of web pages, images, and media that are saved for faster viewing)
Cookies
History (the lists of web sites you have visited)
Form data (saved information you have typed into forms)
Passwords
InPrivate Filtering data (saved data used by InPrivate Filtering to detect where web sites may be automatically sharing details about your visit)
To delete everything, uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check all the other options.

Click Delete.

I have deleted my browsing history on Internet Explorer but I am still having the same problem. I think it has something to within my Lotus Notes. The ftp link that was attached to the email...opens up within Lotus Notes when I click on it. It does not open a different internet explorer window. That's why I think it's within Lotus Notes. I want to try to clear out the PERWEB.nsf. How do I do that?
