Hello, We need to populate Outlook calendars for ~700 people covering a 10 month period. This is for a boarding school, operating on a 24 hr basis--we have 1000s of events. Rather than send out meeting invitations for these events (classes, activities, etc) we would like to populate the calendars ourselves since the events are mandatory anyway. Our users get overwhelmed by too many meeting invitations--it would be easier if they could simply look at their calendars and/or get reminders. Any suggestions would be gratefully received! Thank you. :)
