How do I configure Windows XP mode on Windows 7 for only one app?

We want to configure Windows XP mode on Windows 7 to only run one application and not allow any users to use XP mode for anything other than that application.

Give them accounts on the XP mode log on and restrict them from adding or removing applications. Do not let them have administrative privileges treat it like another workstation.
