How do I approach management about building a smartphone app?
I have a really good idea for an app for one our products but I need management buy-in. Has anyone had this conversation with management and willing to share tips on how to approach the conversation? Should I bring numbers with me (demand, cost, etc)? Should it be a formal conversation with a bunch of people and a presentation. All thoughts are welcome!
