How do I adjust what IP address shows when an email is sent?

I have a small network. We created a server on a local network. The server has a real IP {210.212.108.195} and rest of our clients have a local IP {192.168.1.25}. All of our clients are connected to the Web via a server. When a client sends an email, our real IP shows in the mail details (210.212.108.195). How can I get the client’s IP address to show instead?

The email headers show the IP addresses of the mail servers which are used, not the IP address of the sending machine.210.212.108.195 is the public ip address and header always shows public ip address of the server not the private one as same private ip address might be used some where else also.. ……
