I am a student. I am coding a menu system for a pci-tv tuner card to display on the tv when I access it. I want to have several buttons on the form and allow the user to have the option to browse the internet with wireless mouse or key board or start an external program, like a game or use the pc's calculater or the media player. My question is this how do I code without shelling, the button click event? All I want to do is basically access and start the exe file as I click a button on the menu.
