How come my outgoing is blocked. I have a WatchGuard.
I have all outgoing allowed and still cannot ping outgoing ip address. the log states outgoing blocked. Am i missing something?

Without further information it will be hard to tell you exactly what is wrong, however, I believe that you will find that there is a rule in your firewall that is blocking ICPM packets, or possibly a blanket deny at the end of your rule list without a prior allow rule for the type of traffic you are generating.
