How do I give access to my Outlook 2010 folders to another user?

In Outlook 2010, what is the best way to allow someone to see your email folders (not just your inbox, but all of your folders), respond to emails in your inbox and then file them within your folder structure?  I've been able to give access to my inbox, but the other person can't seem to see my folder structure, even though I've used folder permissions to give them access to folders beyond my inbox.

configurethe other user to load and open your mailbox when they start outlook. From the control panel, select mail, select the profile to edit, select the data file settings tab, go to the advanced tab, and add the mailbox. The user will have to have full access to the mailbox with the appropriate rights

Grant the other user permissions at the mailbox level, not the inbox level. Right-click the top of your mailbox list where it says mailbox-your name. Grant full permissions there first, then right-click each folder in your mailbox and grant full permissions. You have to grant permissions to every folder you have created. Then when they add your mailbox to their folder list they will see everything to which you have granted permission.
