1. Create a group for the users.
2. Add users to the group.
3. Create a folder and assign appropriate permissions for new group.
4. Map a drive or setup Home Directory, or look into redirecting the “My Documents Folder” for the users per group policy.
have them use the same logon script. If you map drives with the script, they will see the same drive mappings. In AD, you can map their home folder to the same location, just make sure they have the same rights to the share
