I use gmail and I have about 100 emails from my colleague A. Now I have to send these emails to other email B. How can I do that more quickly than send every 1 email?
Thank you.
All you have to do is right click on the email that you want to forward and set up a rule and have it forwarded to email B. You have to do this to each email. If the sender has the same address, then you have to do it only once, if it is multiple address', then multiple times.
