how can i see data of a savefile which i have transferred by ftp from my pc to as/400 system?
how to see contents of my data in save file i mean i want to see the actual data of my save file where i have sent data frpm my local pc's file.

Hello,
On the as/400 system, you can type DSPSAVF lib/file and see the contents of the save file.

DSPSAVF will not show the content of a savefile -- it will only list the objects that were saved into the savefile. There are no functions to see the content of a savefile; the objects must be restored in order to see what they contain.
