If you are using outlook with a Microsoft Exchange server you should see the distribution lists in the address book as long as you have chosen the Global Address book to look at. If they are not showing up go into Active Directory Users and Computers and go to Distribution Lists. In there open the properties of one of them to see if they might be hidden from the address book. To make it easier to find Distribution lists at our company we put a # sign in front of the name of the group. That will make the distribution lists show up first in the address book.
