How can I search Journal and Email entries in Lotus Notes 6.5?
I am using Lotus Notes 6.5 and would like to be able to search my email and journal for various words or documents. As of yet I have only been able to search the subject line. In order to search through out the email or journal entry, I have to open a entry and search it. Is there a way around this?

Full-text index both databases.
You can create a FULL TEST INDEX over the MAIL and JOURNAL databases. To do this open the database. Go into the properties of the database (FILE>DATABASE>PROPERTIES) and on the TAB with the magnifying glass select the button CREATE INDEX. Select the options you want and click OK. This will create the INDEX on your local PC and allow you to search your little heart out.
