How can I run a Microsoft Access database on a computer and the report on a TV?
I am using Task Management Database in Microsoft Access 2007 to track Items that need to be inspected. I have found a way to connect my computer to a TV. My goal is to keep the database view up on the computer screen so my Techs can walk up to it and add trouble tickets, but have a running report show on the TV screen (simotaniously) so the Inspectors see what they need to do. Does anyone know if this is possible? Maybe I need to use another program.. I am open to any suggestions!![Br style="mso-special-character: line-break;" />[Br style="mso-special-character: line-break;" />

Answer Wiki:
If you want to display both from your pc and the tv you will need a dual-display video card and hook both up at the same time. Yes this is quite possible with the right video card.

This is perfect! Sounds easy enough! We probably have this in our Conference rooms with a desktop computer and projector. How would I got about determining what kind of card to use?

Hi there, you don’t need to buy a custom video card. You can just add an additional card to your machine to supplement the existing card in the machine. Then as Technochic suggested right click on you windows desktop and enable Dual-Display.

I hope this helps.
