If you need to be able to restore your database to a specific point in time you should begin taking log backups.

If you don’t need to be able to restore your database to a specific point in time then change the isolation level from FULL to SIMPLE.

After doing one of these things the log will empty, then you can shrink it by using the DBCC SHRINKFILE statement. Don’t shrink it to much as SQL does need some log space to work in.
