I followed Dave Bateman's - "How to Configure Multiple Cisco Unity Voicemail Boxes fora Single Phone" and it looks like the solution for our warehouse personnel that don't actually need a dedicated IP phone.  My question is, is there a way to be able to dial one particular voicemail extension without having to go through the auto attendant first?

First, thanks for reading my blog!

To reach a voice mail account that does not have a physical phone attached to it you need to configure a dummy phone in Communications Manager and set it up to forward all calls directly to Unity. You create a dummy phone just as you would any phone but use a made up MAC such as 111222333444. Make sure you make the extension number of the dummy phone to the same as the extension of the voice mail account you wish to reach.

Why not use a CTI Route point with that extension and CFwdALL to voicemail.

Create a CTI Route Point with your CUCM with the same extension of the mailbox and set the Call Forward All to Voicemail. This is easier and faster than creating a dummy phone. or Create a Create a system wide Express Messaging CTI Route Point to send directly to the mailbox greeting. Directory Number should be #XXXXXXX (Where the X's represent the number of digits in a mailbox, so if your voicemail boxes are all 5 digits long, then it would be #XXXXX) Route Partition should be < None> (this allows all users on the system to access the CTI Route Point) Set a Calling Search Space (Should access to voice mail Pilot) Set Forward All to Voice Mail. Now anyone on the system call call directly into someones voice mail box without ringing there phone. Call #12345, this will instruct the system to not ring the phone 12345 but rather dump you into there mailbox.
