How can I determine the size of a packet?

I have initiated a TCP connection for a HTTP request and response. Now after it was completed, I sent a request to the server for the HTTP packet (with a SYN flag set). The server responded with a ACK flag but when that finished, it sent a FIN flag. So my question is: How can I figure out the size of the packet that was sent to me during the request? What's the process? Thanks!
