I'm trying to determine if my Android device is connected to my Wi-Fi. And if it is, how can I obtain my Wi-Fi address. I realize that ConnectivityManager can determine if the active network is a Wi-Fi network but I can't determine if the IP address belongs to the Wi-Fi network (if more than one IP address is found). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I´m not quite sure if it depends on the version of Android, but on Android 4.x it should work to go to settings - wifi-settings and just tap on your active connection. This should bring some stats about your active wifi-connection up, including your IP adress.
