How can I delegate exchange mobile services authority to someone?
Exchange 2003 - I need to set up a help desk person with the ability to enable/disable the Mobile Services settings (in the Exchange Features tab) for any domain user. If no wizard is available which security attributes or exchange permissions must be set for the users?
