I need to include a link in my email to a file on a drive that everyone can access. On creating the hotspot in Notes this does not show as a live link for Outlook users. How do I overcome this?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Use this (free) application to
1) Select file(s) in the file system
2) Paste the link created by this (wonderful) application where you want to use it (LotusNotes, Office document, etc….)
