Where do you want to copy from and copy to? Is this on a computer or are you copying a paper form in a copier? What exactly are you asking about? What platform are you running on? What OS are asking about? What software created the order or quote? In other words, there isn't enough in your question to guess how to answer it. -- Tom

Depending on the software you are using, you just highlight the quote that you want, copy it, CTRL + C, and then paste it onto the document that you are working on. Now, be aware that if the document is protected, like some pdf files are, you will not be able to do this.
