How can I Control users on Internet access Restricted and Unrestricted
GPOs, GPO, Group Policy
How can I add a GPO policy for all our users that can restrict the use of internet and also another group for unrestricted use for internet.

Create OU on your Active directory then you can create group policy . This is useful for you
