How can I change the SMTP address of an email user in Outlook if they have multiple SMTP addresses in their mailbox? I've seen SmartReply and was looking for a solution that is Microsoft based and not an add-in.

E-mail addresses are user attributes in Active Directory. You can change the e-mail address in Exchange System Manager. Edit one of the existing ones or create a new one. Set the default/primary SMTP address as the one that should be stamped on all outgoing messages and used as the reply-to address for recipients.
