How can I access Lotus Notes emails withou using Lotus Notes?

Lotus Notes, Password, Email

I used Lotus Notes at my previous company but no longer have it. I have a copy of my notes file - how can I access the emails to get the history?
To make matters worse, I can't recall the last password I set.

You might find something useful here:

Though if you don't have the password, I beleive those e-mails should be considered lost.

Flame’s response assumes that you will have access to your mail file hosted on a Domino server. This is not the case. I don’t have a good answer.

If your file is not encrypted and you know someone that has Lotus Notes, you could have them copy it to their machine. Assuming you can get into the file locally somehow (not sure you would find a way to do this), you could add an agent to extract all your emails as .doc files.
