    Not on a green screen. Once you hit enter, you can get the cursor location; but not without a read/exefmt from the screen.

    Essentially any open-source TN5250 (or TN3270 or even VT200/220) could be modified to support such a function, but it's hard to see it as a good idea. If mouse-over/hover is desired, it should be done in a GUI session, not through a terminal emulator. And it almost certainly should not be communicating back to a remote server program. It should be handle at the client. But you could do it if you really wanted to. -- Tom
