Hi, I would like to have a hotspot button in email which will send a reply back to designated email address (not sender) with email history will give me @prompt after sending the email. I came up with something like this.. but this just sends email and not replies to the email.
tmpMsg :=@Prompt([OkCancelEdit]; "title"; "random question"; "");
@MailSend ("email address;"";"";""; tmpMsg):@Prompt([Ok];"Response";"Thank you for your response, which has been sent to the email address.")

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Take a look at @Command([ComposeWithReference]) or switch to LotusScript and use the CreateReplyMessage method.

    Hi, thanks for the tip.

    @Command ([ComposeWithReference]) creates new email but does not send the message to the designated email address. Plus does not show @prompt window.

    What I need from the hotspot button is the following:

    - after clicking the hostpot a prompt message will appear asking question ("Reasons for declining this request:")
    - person manually writes his reason for declining and presses OK
    - after clicking the OK in previous step the automatic message with mail history is sent to designated email address

    Any ideas?

    Could you maybe elaborate on the LotusScript CreateReplyMessage? I am trying to make it work but with no success so far.
