Your browser is hijacked. To clean it you need to install and to run Hijackthis. You can download the program from the website http://hijackthis.de. Install and run and than paste the log file into the text box at hijackthis.de, click Analyze button. You will get analyses that will allow you to fix spyware/adware and browser hijacker.
Also you can install and run Spybot Search and Destroy and Lavasoft Adaware. You can download these programs from www.download.com.

Just a couple things to add to previous post. When you run HiJackThis, whatever you do, don't start to eliminate things willy-nilly. Copythe log file to Notepad, etc. and then do a Google for HiJackthis Forums and post your log along with the details of your system. Someone who knows what they're doing will reply and let you know what to have HiJackThis remove hiJackThis is a great tool, but also a dangerous one if you don't FULLY understand what the entries in the log are refering to. Final note, you may want to find a tutorial on running HiJackThis and read it over before you actually use the program. Again, google for HiJackThis tutorials, as there's plenty of good ones out there on the net. Concerning Spybot and Adaware, make sure you run their update routines before you do any scans. Goog Luck

SpyBot is an excellent choice for Windows based computers. I have used it on over 50 computers with no problems. Note: When immunizing a system (if you decide to use the immunize feature) you need to run the immunize routine for every account on the computer if using Win 2000 or Win XP. Some of the immunizations are not universal across all accounts.
