Hardware (Server/storage) requirements for BW 3.5 SAP Neteaver 2004SR2 (Bi 7.0)

I am planning to install SAP Bw 3.5 and then upgrade it to Bi 7.0 as a small project.I am planning to do this in UNIX environment.
I still have to buy the server for it
My question are
Q1) What would be most optimum hardware server for me (cost effective + as well as SAP S/w compatible using Unix(solrais 10 64bit or HP ia64) + oracle 9i / 10g, SAP Netweaver 2004SR2
Q2) Does SAP Netwever 2004 run on 32 bit architecture or not.
Q3) Choosing the processor between AMD (optron) or Intel based make any difference?
Q4) Are UNIX flavors for both these available.
Q5) How much of memory (physical/RAM) is good enough so the install do not drag but at the same time I am the only one using the server?
Q6) Same question regarding Processor (processor speed and power)
