Hi Tina,
The document lists connecting to HMC thru SSL.

I am using non SSL and I was able to connect earlier.Recently this has stopped working and it always prompts me to put the password for Q#HMC.

Under normal circumstances ,it should never prompt to put the password for Q#HMC.

I am unable to figure out this problem and I am exactly following the IBM instructions as stated above.

The only change which could find in my laptop is a new version of CA has been installed. The older version of CA also exists. When only the older version was installed I was able to connect. But after the newer version has been installed, the prompt for Q#HMC password has started coming.

Any clues.

Do I have to check anything on my laptop or in the hosts file etc.

Regards
