Answer Wiki:
U can built the knowledge on Aptitude skills which will be helpful for grbbing the job. Moreover u can try to complete some of the certifications like CCNA /MCP/RHCE technical certifications. ******* It depends on what your interests are really. Do you want to specialize in one area like security or exchange? Do you want to work on the routing side of IT? What are your interests and passions in the field? *********** If you have received the Microsoft Certified Architect they you pretty much have the top tier Microsoft certification available. You can look into other MCITP certifications, and the Microsoft Certified Master program. Although at this point the MCM is required for the MCA, and two MCITP certs are required for MCM.
