Can you please help in explaining technically how the offered transmission speeds of the Internet Provider could achieved higher bit rates than the theoretical rate of 64Kbps.

Sounds like a homework question where the inquisitor should be considering channelization and other technologies to increase throughput but I'm not going to answer someone's homework.

By using what technology? DSL and Cable modems offer speeds much higher than that.

if it is using cable technology.. does chanellization really works.. how to increase the throughput?
