Hide Email Recipient in Lotus Notes
I want to send some messages to our customers through email at once.

[em][strong]How can I hide email addresses from other recipient in Lotus Notes without using the bcc option?[/strong][/em]

I want only the name or email address of the recipient appear in the 'To' field when they received the email.

In addition, is there any limitation to number of members in group feature of local address book in lotus notes? If yes, how many members/email address can be placed in one group?

Software/Hardware used:

USE BCC..... This is what is there for. P.S Groups are bound by field restrictions <a href="http://www.thenorth.com/northern.nsf/ac567d6535ab069785256a00004d66dc/4100857248b8b82185256d350058f7e4!OpenDocument"> <a href="http://www.geniisoft.com/showcase.nsf/DominoLimits">

Hi Gabe9527!

Thanks for the answer. However, I indicated in my question that i will not use the bcc option.

Is there any other solution for this?

Thanks.

Not using what is out of the Box. You might be able to get your hands on a DB with agents to do this or write one. But basically is will send each mail to each person – one email one person etc.
