Hide Calling Number – Cisco Call Manager 5.x
Hello,
I'm trtying to hide the DN of the Calling party when calling another internal number
This will be used to stop the Service Desk agent being called back directly by users
This is what I have done
created new PT
Created new CSS
Added PT to new CSS
changed phone device to have new CSS
created new TP for 2xxx to try to hide the calling DN
I think I'm doing it right but it's not working
Can anyone help ?
