Hidden Instant Messaging in Lotus Notes 6.5

Instant Messaging, Lotus Notes 6.x, Lotus Notes, Lotus Sametime

Hello

Currently we are using Lotus Notes v.6.5

A user instant messaging window is behind other open application. She is unable to see if someone has instant message her, unless she close all the windows. Any idea.
Approate your help.

click on IM on the task bar and choose "Edit Current Status Message"

does that window open on top of other other windows?

if it is on top drag up to centre of screen

they may set following im messages locaiton.
