Hi there Pianlarng How to create a simple action Agent • In order to create the Agent do the following • Provide it with a name as you can see in the snap • Select “ Shared” • Next to Trigger select “ On event” • select “ After new mail has arrived” • Make the other selection and next to the “ Run on behalf of “ select the person who can run it or try first the administration server hub • on the right pane and under the Agent Action click “ Simple Action “ then click “ Yes” • Press the button of the “ Add Action “ located at the bottom of the screen and then select in the “ Action “ “ Reply to Sender” and putt whatever you want in the “ Reply with the following message” • Press “Add” after you finish . • Close the “Agent Screen” • In the agent page under the shared code click on the agent and press “Enable” button and then the “ Sign” button and then press them again .
