I am getting critical system error announcements with my computer and says I need to get it fixed. It says I need to download some kind of repair site. Well I did and it told me the problems I have but in order to fix the problem I have to pay for it. I dont have the money right now. According to my computer if I dont take care of the problem now it could cause perminant damage. Is there anyone who knows of a cleaning software I can download for free or someone who would be willing to tell me which files I can delete and how too fix the others i cant. Thanks Ginger

In general, it is not recommendable to download or install any software if you are not completely sure of its source, even when it claims to help you in some way. It is also recommendable to have some antivirus and antispyware software installed on your system. Regards,

It definitely sounds like your machine has been infected with some type of malware. I've created a Malware Removal Handbook for this very purpose...Check it out here.
