This error may occur if the following happened:
1. Removing sole Exchange server leaves objects in Active Directory
2. Failed upgrade from Exchange Server
3. Insufficient permissions
4. Domain Name System issues
5. Forestprep have not completed successfully
6. Insufficient Active Directory permissions
7. Installing first Exchange server as clustered server
8. Converting from mixed mode to native mode
Please u have to check all of these issue and u may get cause !
