 Help with an Exchange 2000 prerequisites error.

encountered an error while checking prerequisites for the component "Microsoft Exchange Messaging and Collaboration Services": Why and how can it be resolved?

This error may occur if the following happened: 1. Removing sole Exchange server leaves objects in Active Directory 2. Failed upgrade from Exchange Server 3. Insufficient permissions 4. Domain Name System issues 5. Forestprep have not completed successfully 6. Insufficient Active Directory permissions 7. Installing first Exchange server as clustered server 8. Converting from mixed mode to native mode Please u have to check all of these issue and u may get cause !
