You passed in the year 2014, & this is 2017. That means, you did not get job within this 2½ years or more. Well, don't think about that or never look back. You did not mention, about your computer knowledge. Also assuming you passed out from a regular university and not from distance education. As you completed M.Com and might be your expectations high, but never mind, you can get jobs with low salary and you can accept the same for increasing your job experience. You have to try for that. But if you expect for handsome salary/ good & reputed company, then you can try for higher studies. After completing M.Com, there are several options, like Doctor of Philosophy in Banking & Finance Doctor of Philosophy in Business Economics Doctor of Philosophy in Commerce & so on. There are also some certification courses like certificate in banking/ stock market/ derivatives/ income tax etc. Also it is better to try for the course of Company Secretary. This job is responsible for efficient running of the company’s administration in regard with the compliance with legal and regulatory requirement. However the final decision depends on you.

What are your other skill? You may get an entry level to get you some experience and then move on from there. More education is never a bad thing especially if you have not done anything in the field for an extended period of time. Today technology changes so fast the you need to try and stay current.

I assume you able to login to your OS account on your computer. For each other service, there is a separate support model.

Sorry, this was wrongly posted here while answering to another question in a parallel tab. Well, practically if you completed Masters in Commerce in 2014, and a job was in your mind, you should have joined in accounts department in some company. Finding out the reason for not joining any job for last 3 years is important. Secondly, why are you sticking to IT job only for which you don't have any strong background?

Work on your communication skills and the soft side of IT like I talk about here:
    http://it.toolbox.com/blogs/itmanagement/how-top-it-pros-stand-apart-73693

Regardless of any technical skills you bring to the table, how well you communicate will make you or break you throughout your entire career.

Hello Neha, as you mentioned you are a tally certified, assuming you have a fair knowledge in computer also. As mentioned earlier post, don't look for company's status, as salary is not so matter for you. Take a job for your experience and also for real business world. First of all you have to gather some good experiences on the same field if you want to get job of good/reputed companies. IT job is not suitable for you as your background is commerce. In practical if you try for IT job, maximum a entry level IT jobs like data entry operator/Office automation jobs you can get. Better you try job for the same field, which is your background. You can do some certificate courses, which mentioned earlier and after getting job, you can go for study of Company Secretary.

Any job is better than no job to start as long as it will provide real world experience. We have had people come in an work at the helpdesk and within a year or so have moved on to other departments. Some did leave for better position closer to home to save on the commute. The thing is they all needed to start somewhere to get the experience other companies are looking for.
