One solution is to move the HR data to a data warehouse and create reports specific to seconded (which seems to be your Irish case) or split working (the UK/Switzerland case. Alternatively, you can create HR ad hoc reports, which access the needed data in the desired way, and then give the users access to the reports without opening them up to full access to the other entities&#039; HR data.]]></description>
