		<description><![CDATA[We&#039;ve had a similar problem and the solution was the driver configurator both times and the level installed to support the configuration.
Do you have any failover software installed?
This can cause issues relating to the primary card and secondary card and initialising the other card.
You mentioned you zoned the switch, I&#039;m not sure how you did this without the WWN.
Try removing the primary card and see if you can detect the secondary card.
Have you tested for hardware failure in the fibre or the GBIC&#039;s?
