A reader asks: Hi There. My question relates to opening a file in Excel 2007. Briefly, files were created on another computer using Excel 2007, put on zip drive which I have been able to open print, update, etc. previously. Now it allows me to open the files, however, no data appears on screen once opened.
If I select the file to print without actually opening the file, it will print my spreadsheet in its entirety. I can create new files on my computer and access those stored on my hard drive but can no longer those on the zip. I'm sure I am missing something ever so simple...your assistance is much appreciated!
