Hi Rechil, Thanks for answering my question. If you didn't mind, I wanted to wait about a week to respond back to your solution to see if the outlook send/receive unavailability issue would re-occur again. We do have anti-virus software on our servers and computers. I ran a virus scan on our exchange server and their were no virus issues. I consulted with our office IT Contractor and he stated that the issue may have occurred with the Microsoft RPC Client Access Service being in a "stopped" status and needed to be restarted. The Microsoft RPC Client Access Service was later restarted and the restart service procedure was changed to 4 minutes within the properties dialog just in case the server was restarted manually or after a Microsoft Windows Update was performed which would require a restart. My supervisor and I plan to look at one our previous installed Microsoft Updates in the near future to see if this may have caused our Outlook issue within our Exchange server and uninstall it, if necessary, to resolve the issue. By the way on my Outlook Logon Network Security computer settings within my Outlook Account Settings on my desktop computer, my settings are currently set to "Negoiate Authentication", which appears to be just fine and apparently not the cause of the Outlook issue. Thanks for your assistance!

About ur story, there is no mention of any anti-virus either installed / not (100% I am sure it is there).... but have u ever updated its related files from their site.... u did not mention here.... "<i>After I have restarted the exchange server and other users have either restarted their computers and/or Outlook, all users are able to send/receive e-mails just fine.</i>", suspecting malware about these words, though not sure. Try to check ur systems with latest anti-virus / might be MS updates behind this issue as u mentioned here. Although it is usually happened due to cached credentials that will not update. Better it is needed to go into credentials manager through CP and delete the current set / update the settings to the correct password. I am not aware about ur settings, though u may check the virtual dirs for the correct authentication methods and make sure they r all OK. For better info see <a href="http://http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927612">MS ref</a>. Though it is based on OL 2007, but it can help u to the some extent.
