		<description><![CDATA[Given that you are working with a larger installation, I suggest using the SCVMM to accomplish this and manage your VMs across multiple hosts-- including migration, copying... from a tool meant for this.  If you don&#039;t have it, try it.  
(You can use VMM for much of this work by simply connecting to the VMM server on each host, but this doesn&#039;t provide an integrated view.  Also, there are some limitations on what migration you can do and how easy it is to do)]]></description>
