I think it would be hard to do together. I just did MCITP Bootcamp with CED Solutions in Atlanta, Ga. It was a great bootcamp and I would highly recommend it. You might wantn to check them out and see if they have anything. I know they have online stuff along with attending the bootcamps in person.
